Job summary

Vilas Javdekar invites an experienced site-quality professional to design and conduct trainings per approved methods, coordinate new product mock-ups, and lead mock floor audits with clear improvement observations.

You will prepare MIS and centralized quality reports for management reviews, develop incident reports and lessons learned, manage the quality team, and coordinate with site, execution, factory, plant, and technical teams to ensure readiness at each milestone.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in site-level quality control and quality assurance.
• Strong understanding of construction quality processes and methodologies.
• Confidence leading quality trainings, mock-up execution, and mock floor audits.
• Good knowledge of quality reporting, MIS, incident reporting, and lesson-learnt documentation.
• Strong team management and technical coordination skills, including guiding Jr. QC staff.
• Ability to coordinate with site, execution, factory, plant, and technical teams.
• Good communication, observation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
