K K Construction is seeking an experienced QA/QC professional for large‑scale building projects in India. The candidate must have hands‑on experience in high‑rise construction and a strong command of QA/QC processes, ITPs and NCR management.

The role requires knowledge of IS codes, concrete technology, structural works, waterproofing, and finishing standards, along with proven ability to coordinate with third‑party testing agencies and maintain meticulous documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–12 years of relevant experience in construction QA/QC.
• Experience in projects valued at 300 Crore or above is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience in high-rise building construction projects is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, ITPs, Method Statements, NCR management, and inspection documentation.
• Good knowledge of IS codes, concrete technology, structural works, waterproofing, and finishing standards.
• Experience in concrete testing, material inspection, quality audits, and coordination with third‑party testing agencies.
• Strong communication, coordination, documentation, and problem‑solving skills.

Formation

B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering
