Job summary

KMV Projects in Bengaluru seeks a senior B.E. Civil engineer with 15–20 years of experience to lead QA/QC across medium to large infra/building projects, including high-rise developments.

The role requires expertise in material testing, high-grade concrete mix design, Mivan shuttering, and field quality plans. Exposure to ISO standards and SOP preparation is preferred, with prior experience as QA/QC head for 2–3 years.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Role & responsibilities include leading QA/QC across projects.
• Ensure compliance with tech specs, SOPs and field quality plans.
• Oversee material testing and high-grade concrete mix design.
• Manage ISO-related activities, preferably with auditor certification.
• Take ownership as QA/QC head for 2–3 years and drive quality assurance.

• Must have exposure in QAQC system implementation in medium to large infra / building construction organisations /
• Projects of high rise residential, commercial, industrial & highway projects.
• Good knowledge in material testing and knowledge on latest material of constriction
• Expert in high grade concrete mix design, Mivan shuttering exposure & building finishing activities.
• ISO knowledge, preferred a certified auditor
• Have good knowledge in preparation of SOP, Field quality plan based on tech specification.
• Must have handled the role of a QAQC head for 2-3 years.

Candidates should have experience with 15+Years in High rise Buildings Construction Projects.
