Job summary

Licious, a Bengaluru-based meat and seafood company, is seeking a Production Operations Supervisor for poultry processing. You will oversee the slaughter line, ensure process integrity, and drive yields and on-time dispatch from our facility.

The role requires 2–4 years in poultry slaughter or processing, and a strong understanding of HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards. A B.Sc./Diploma in Poultry/Food Technology is preferred, with hands-on leadership of line teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise slaughter line operations - bird reception, stunning, bleeding, scalding, defeathering, and evisceration.
• Monitor chilling, grading, and frozen packing areas to maintain process integrity and minimize product loss.
• Ensure production targets are met as per the daily plan from central planning.
• Coordinate with procurement to align live bird arrivals with plant loading capacity and OTIF requirements.

• Supervise all slaughter line operations - bird reception, stunning, bleeding, scalding, defeathering, and evisceration - ensuring adherence to defined process and food safety standards.
• Monitor chilling, grading, and frozen packing areas to maintain process integrity and minimize product loss.
