Job summary

Licious, a Bengaluru-based meat and seafood company, seeks an experienced poultry processing supervisor to oversee slaughter line operations and ensure strict food safety practices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets and maintain high quality standards.

Qualifying candidates have 2–4 years in poultry processing, a relevant degree, and hands-on experience with HACCP/GMP. This on-site role offers growth within a dynamic D2C food-tech brand in India.

Qualifications

• B.Sc./Diploma in Poultry, B.Tech, or M.Tech in Food Technology or Poultry Science or related field.
• 2–4 years of poultry slaughter or processing operations experience.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP and food safety regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all slaughter line operations – bird reception, stunning, bleeding, scalding, defeathering, and evisceration.
• Monitor chilling, grading and frozen packing areas to minimize product loss.
• Ensure production targets are met per the daily plan from central planning.
• Coordinate with procurement to align live bird arrivals with plant capacity.
• Ensure timely dispatch to meet OTIF compliance.
