What makes the role meaty?

The Control Tower Expert / Associate serves as the centralized monitoring and governance function across operations. The role ensures real-time visibility, proactive risk identification, structured escalation, and cross-functional accountability to maintain SLA adherence, reduce OOS, minimize yield loss, and improve overall service reliability.

Real-Time Operations Monitoring

• Monitor live performance metrics across hubs, cities, and regions.
• Track SLA adherence, OOS %, dispatch gaps, yield, and delay buckets.
• Identify operational exceptions and structure escalation with root cause hypothesis.
• Track resolution TAT and ensure closure quality.

Data Analytics & Reporting

• Conduct trend analysis and provide actionable insights.
• Identify systemic bottlenecks.
• Recommend automation and process redesign initiatives.
