Responsibilities

• You will be aligned with our Customer Support vertical and help us in managing and resolving customer queries, handling escalations and complaints from dissatisfied customers, and providing the best possible resolutions.
• You will also be responsible for closing fault and complaints within SLAs.
• Quality control is a process by which entities review the quality of all factors involved in production.
• Audit and manage effective implementation and delivery of functional processes within operations to mitigate risks. E.g. Policies, Anti-corruption, BCM and infosec, P104, records management, and contractor controls. Establish processes to audit or Validate current control effectiveness and drive improvements wherever required.
• This role may require you to work in rotational shifts.
