Job summary

Polycab India Limited in Indore is seeking a Warehouse/Logistics Supervisor with 2–4 years of experience to oversee inward, storage and outward activities. You will implement SOPs, enforce safety, and ensure accurate inventory through regular audits and WMS usage.

The role requires strong leadership, planning, and communication skills to coordinate with sales and logistics teams, manage returns, schedule deliveries, and optimize space.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical or related field or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and ERP software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Diploma in Mechanical or any graduate with specific degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). Proven 2-4 years experience in warehouse or logistics management. Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and ERP software. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

KRA and KPIs
