Job summary

Polycab India Limited in Bhopal is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor with 2–4 years of experience to oversee inward, storage, and outward operations. The role requires strong inventory control, hands-on use of WMS and ERP systems, and the ability to align with sales and logistics for timely deliveries.

Candidates should have a Diploma in Mechanical or related field and a degree in Supply Chain or Business Administration.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all warehouse activities including inward, storage, and outward.
• Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate stock levels through regular audits.
• Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and ensure FIFO.
• Manage returns effectively.
• Collaborate with sales and logistics teams.
• Ensure TAT for Last mile delivery.
• Schedule deliveries and pickups to meet customer demands.
• Optimize space utilization and material handling processes.
• Raise on ground issues to appropriate authorities in timely manner
• Followup for issue resolution within defined/reasonable timelines
• Enforce workplace safety standards.
• Conduct regular safety training and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with local labour and safety laws.

Ability to work underpressure and meet deadlines.
