Job summary

Shree Mahalakshmi Constructions in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, is seeking a Billing/Quantity Surveying professional to prepare and verify project bills, BOQs, and measurement sheets.

You will record site measurements, prepare RA and final bills, monitor costs, and coordinate with site engineers and contractors to ensure accurate billing data.

The ideal candidate has 0.5–4 years of QS/Billing experience, a Civil Engineering diploma or BE/BTech, strong Excel skills, and good Tamil communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma/BE/BTech in Civil Engineering required.
• 0.5–4 years of QS/Billing experience in real estate or construction preferred.
• Strong knowledge of BOQs, measurements, rate analysis, and billing procedures.
• MS Excel proficiency; knowledge of billing/QS software is a plus.
• Attention to detail with strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Tamil preferred; English is an added advantage.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of BOQs, measurements, rate analysis, and billing procedures.


• Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of billing/QS software is an added advantage.


• Attention to Detail: Strong analytical and documentation skills.


• Communication: Good coordination skills (Tamil preferred; English is an added advantage).
