Job summary

Colliers in Hyderabad seeks an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead QS activities for billing, cost estimation, and contract management. You will prepare budgets, BOQs, rate analyses and ensure project cost control across commercial, residential or industrial projects.

The role requires strong MS Excel skills, familiarity with billing software, and excellent coordination with project execution teams to maintain commercial documentation and MIS reporting.

Qualifications

• 7-8 years of experience in QS & Billing.
• Experience in commercial, residential, or industrial projects.
• Proficient in BOQ, rate analysis and contract management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and certify contractor bills.
• Perform quantity take-off and verify with drawings.
• Estimate cost, prepare budgets and BOQ.
• Do rate analysis and prepare variation statements.
• Verify vendor and subcontractor bills.
• Monitor project costs and ensure budget compliance.
• Coordinate with execution teams on billing and commercial matters.
• Prepare MIS reports and project commercial documentation.
