Role overview

Position: Quantity Survey Engineer for Civil Construction.

Role: Billing, BBS, Quantity Survey.

Position Summary:

• Should independently handle Quantity Survey and Billing.
• Should have a minimum experience of 5 to 10 years or more.

Will be placed at Site.

To take necessary measurements at site and record them in excel format.

To make running bills periodically based on measurements taken.

To coordinate for bill certification with Architects and PMC and show measurements taken to the above-mentioned authorities.

To prepare necessary rate analysis for all items as required.

To maintain consumption details for all non tendered items.

To work out required quantities for all item as required for the purchase department for ordering out materials to suppliers.

To prepare necessary drawings to justify measurements taken.

Education Qualification and Experience

Graduate in Bachelor of Engineering Civil (BE / BTech-Civil).

Min 5 to 10 years of work experience preferred or more.

Critical for the role

Proficiency in MS EXCEL , AutoCAD is preferable.
