Job summary

N G Gadhiya Infrastructure, Jaipur, is seeking an experienced QS & Billing Engineer for EPC, Government and building construction projects. You will handle quantity estimation, BOQ, client and subcontractor billing, measurements, cost control and project documentation on site.

Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD, strong coordination with site, planning, accounts and procurement teams, and strict adherence to contract requirements are essential for timely, accurate billing and cost reporting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify BOQ, take-offs, estimates, and rate analyses.
• Prepare RA Bills and client bills per BOQ and contracts.
• Handle subcontractor/vendor bills, measurements and certifications.
• Prepare MB/WMB, reconciliation statements and supporting docs.
• Check quantities against drawings and specs.
• Coordinate with project, site, planning, accounts and procurement teams.
• Monitor quantities, variations and deviations; support cost control.
• Review tenders, BOQs, contracts and work orders.
• Prepare monthly billing reports and MIS.
• Ensure billing compliance with Government/EPC contracts.

Position: QS & Billing Executive EPC / Government / Building Construction

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced QS & Billing Engineer with 58 years of experience in EPC, Government, and Building Construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for quantity estimation, BOQ, client billing, subcontractor billing, measurements, cost control, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify BOQ, quantity take-offs, estimates, and rate analysis.


• Prepare RA Bills / Client Bills as per BOQ, contract conditions, and site measurements.


• Handle subcontractor/vendor bills, measurements, and certification.


• Prepare MB (Measurement Book), WMB, reconciliation statements, and supporting documents.


• Check work quantities, drawings, specifications, and executed measurements.


• Coordinate with Project, Site, Planning, Accounts, and Procurement teams.


• Monitor project quantities, variations, extra items, and deviation statements.


• Assist in cost control, billing reconciliation, and project commercial documentation.


• Review tenders, BOQs, contracts, work orders, and rate schedules.


• Prepare monthly billing reports, MIS, and quantity/cost statements.


• Ensure billing and documentation comply with Government/EPC contract requirements.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Quantity Surveying & Billing.


• Experience in EPC / Government / Building Construction projects.


• Good understanding of BOQ, BBS, Rate Analysis, RA Bills, MB, and Quantity Reconciliation.


• Knowledge of contract terms, variations, extra items, and deviations.
