Strong Built in Mumbai (Western) is urgently seeking a QS/Billing Engineer to manage client and subcontractor billing, assist in budgeting, and prepare BBS for reinforcement works at the construction site. The role requires a Civil Engineering degree and 3–8 years of QS/billing experience in contracting projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office, and ERP exposure is a plus for this position on site.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering degree required (B.Tech/BE/Diploma).
• 3–8 years of experience in QS and billing for residential/commercial projects within a contracting firm.
• Proficient in quantity surveying, BBS preparation, and rate analysis.
• Good communication skills; proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; ERP knowledge is advantageous.

3. Budget of Project: Assist in creating and managing the project budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost control.
4. Preparation of BBS (Bar Bending Schedule): Create BBS to specify the quantities of steel reinforcement required for the construction project.

Required Candidate Profile:

We are seeking a candidate with the following qualifications and skills:
