Responsibilities

• Billing & Certification: prepare and verify contractor RA bills and final bills.
• Measurement verification per approved drawings and site execution.
• Certification of vendor and subcontractor bills within timelines.
• Reconciliation of quantities executed vs billed quantities.
• Coordination with site engineers, project managers, and contractors for billing clarifications.
• Quantity Surveying: prepare and review BOQs; quantity take-off for civil, finishing, and MEP works.
• Rate analysis and cost comparison for construction activities.
• Monitoring quantities against budgeted figures; report deviations.
• Cost Control & Commercial Management: prepare cost estimates and budgeting support.
• Monitor project costs and assist in cost optimization; verify material reconciliation statements.
• Tracking work progress and certification for payment processing; maintain records.
• Coordination & Documentation: liaise with procurement, contracts, accounts, and project teams.

Position Vacant:- Asst. Manager / Dy. Manager Billing ,Estimation & QS

About the Role :-

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented professional for the position of Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager Billing & Quantity Survey, Estimation for our real estate development projects in Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for quantity surveying, contractor billing, BOQ management, cost monitoring, reconciliation, and coordination with project teams to ensure timely and accurate commercial operations of projects.

Key Responsibilities:-

Billing & Certification

• Preparation and verification of contractor RA bills and final bills.


• Measurement verification as per approved drawings and site execution.


• Certification of vendor and subcontractor bills within timelines.


• Reconciliation of quantities executed versus billed quantities.


• Coordination with site engineers, project managers, and contractors for billing clarifications.

Quantity Surveying

• Preparation and review of BOQs based on drawings and project specifications.


• Quantity take-off for civil, finishing, and MEP works.


• Rate analysis and cost comparison for various construction activities.


• Monitoring project quantities against budgeted quantities.


• Identification and reporting of quantity variations and deviations.

Cost Control & Commercial Management

• Preparation of cost estimates and budgeting support.


• Monitoring project costs and assisting in cost optimization.


• Verification of material reconciliation statements.


• Tracking work progress and certification for payment processing.


• Maintaining records of work orders, amendments, and commercial documentation.

Coordination & Documentation

• Coordination with procurement, contracts, accounts, and project teams.


• Maintaining proper billing records, measurement sheets, and MIS reports.


• Assisting in preparation of commercial reports for management review.


• Ensuring compliance with contractual terms and project documentation standards.

Skills Required:-

• Experience in real estate developer companies is preferred.


• Exposure to high-rise residential / commercial projects will be an added advantage.


• Strong knowledge of quantity surveying and contractor billing.


• Good understanding of BOQ preparation and rate analysis.


• Knowledge of construction materials and execution processes.


• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project billing tools.


• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.


• Good communication and coordination abilities.

Compensation Offered (You needn't reveal specific figures if you don't want to) 7 12 Lakhs Per annum for the candidates worked with developer)

This is only a indicative figure, We are open to work on hike as per market standards on the existing salary as well.

Education qualification:-

1. B.E Civil Engineering OR

2. Diploma in Civil Engineering with relevant experience
