Job summary

ASMEP Design & Build Pvt. Ltd. in Navi Mumbai is seeking a QS & Tendering Engineer (Civil) with 2–6 years of experience to support industrial construction projects. You will prepare BOQs, cost estimates, tender documents, and manage client billing and subcontractor billing.

The candidate should hold a BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering, have consultancy exposure, and be proficient in AutoCAD and MS Excel. EPC/Design & Build experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify BOQ based on drawings and specs.
• Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates for industrial projects.
• Handle Client Billing, RA Bills, Final Bills, and Subcontractor Billing.
• Review measurements and certify work quantities for billing.
• Prepare tender documents, cost estimates, and commercial proposals.
• Analyze tender requirements, technical specs, and contract conditions.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams during tendering.
• Perform rate analysis and cost comparison for materials/subcontractors.
• Monitor project costs and assist in cost control.

About the Role

ASMEP Design & Build Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented QS & Billing/ Tendering Engineer (Civil) with hands‑on experience in industrial construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Quantity Surveying, Billing, BOQ preparation, Cost Estimation, and Tendering.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on drawings and project specifications.
• Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates for industrial construction projects.
• Handle Client Billing, RA Bills, Final Bills, and Subcontractor Billing.
• Review measurements and certify work quantities for billing purposes.
• Prepare tender documents, cost estimates, and commercial proposals.
• Analyze tender requirements, technical specifications, and contract conditions.
• Coordinate with the design, procurement, and project execution teams during the tendering process.
• Perform rate analysis and cost comparison for materials and subcontractors.
• Monitor project costs and assist in cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain billing records, BOQs, measurement sheets, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, contractual obligations, and company procedures.

Required Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Candidates Must Have Experince from Consultancy Background

Experience

• 26 years of relevant experience.
• Mandatory experience in Industrial Construction Projects.
• Experience in EPC/Design & Build projects will be preferred.
