Jayesh Industries is seeking a dedicated IMS Specialist to implement, maintain, and continually improve the Integrated Management System covering ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 across manufacturing operations in Mumbai. You will handle document control, audits (internal, customer, and supplier), CAPA tracking, and legal/EHS compliance.

You will coordinate external certifications, drive CAPA closures, and ensure timely reporting of KPIs for MRMs, with emphasis on reducing

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a manufacturing environment with a Diploma/Degree in Engineering or Environmental Science.
• Certification as an Internal Auditor and working knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001.
• Hands-on CAPA implementation and problem solving.
• Experience in audit handling, documentation control, and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Plan and execute internal, customer, and supplier audit programs.
• Coordinate external certification/surveillance audits and track findings to closure.
• Register customer complaints, perform root cause analysis (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone), and implement containment and corrective actions.
• Maintain a central register for internal and external non-conformities.
• Coordinate supplier quality evaluations and verify corrective action effectiveness.
• Support EHS activities including hazard identifications, risk assessments, incidents, and drills.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and KPIs for Management Review Meetings.

Job Summary

To implement, maintain, and continually improve the Integrated Management System (IMS) covering ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018.

Responsible for document control, audit execution, customer complaint resolution, CAPA tracking, and legal/EHS compliance across manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• IMS & Document Control: Maintain policies, SOPs, work instructions, and master document lists across ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
• Audit Management: Plan and execute internal, customer, and supplier audit programs.
• Coordinate external certification/surveillance audits and track findings to closure.
• Customer Complaint & CAPA Management: Register complaints, perform root cause analysis (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone), and implement containment and corrective actions.
• Maintain a central register for all internal and external non-conformities.
• Supplier Quality Evaluation: Conduct supplier risk assessments and audits, track vendor non-conformities, and verify corrective action effectiveness.
• EHS Support: Coordinate environmental aspect/impact evaluations, hazard identification, safety risk assessments, incident investigations, and emergency drills.
• Management Review & Reporting: Prepare monthly performance reports, track KPIs, and present data for Management Review Meetings (MRM).
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): 100% adherence to the annual internal and supplier audit schedules; Timely closure of internal, customer, supplier, and external audit non-conformities; Customer complaint response and CAPA closure within target timelines; Measurable reduction in repeat complaints and recurring non-conformities; Timely submission of EHS compliance records and monthly MRM reports.

Requirements & Competencies

• Education & Experience: 3-5 years in a manufacturing environment with a Diploma/Degree in Engineering or Environmental Science.
• Technical Knowledge: Internal auditor certification and working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
• Problem Solving: Hands-on experience & CAPA implementation.
• Core Skills: Audit handling, cross-functional coordination, document control, MS Office proficiency, and reporting.
