Competenze

• B.E./ B.Tech or Master's in Quality / Productivity Management.
• 35 years of IMS/QMS experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Hands-on experience facing ISO/IATF certification and customer audits preferred.
• Strong skills in root cause analysis, documentation and report preparation.
• Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.

We are hiring an IMS Coordinator to establish, maintain and continually improve the Integrated Management System across a precision manufacturing organization. The role covers quality, environment, health and safety, energy, information security, ethics and social responsibility compliance, and works with all departments, customers and certification bodies.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, maintain and improve the IMS covering ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, ISO 27001, ISO 37001, AS 9100 and SEDEX.
• Plan and conduct monthly department-wise internal audits and ensure findings are closed on time.
• Act as the point of contact for certification bodies and customers on all IMS matters.
• Prepare and facilitate Management Review Meetings with data on quality, EHS, energy, information security, ethics, risks and improvement actions.
• Monitor KPIs and report performance to management.
• Lead investigation and closure of nonconformities using 8D and RCA; verify effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Integrate Customer Specific Requirements (CSRs) into the IMS and prepare for customer audits based on self-assessment reports.
• Oversee IATF requirements such as risk-based thinking, contingency planning and control of rework.
• Drive actions on customer feedback, complaints and satisfaction metrics.
• Manage the Eco Vadis platform and fulfil its requirements.
• Ensure supplier compliance with IATF requirements and support supplier development.
• Manage product safety and regulatory compliance, including documentation and escalation.
• Plan and deliver EHS training and promote awareness of company policies.
• Control IMS documentation and identify improvement opportunities through data analysis.

Desired Candidate Profile

• B.E./ B.Tech or Master's in Quality / Productivity Management.
• 35 years of IMS/QMS experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Hands-on experience facing ISO/IATF certification and customer audits preferred.
• Strong skills in root cause analysis, documentation and report preparation.
• Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
