Job summary

Emmvee Group is seeking a hands-on Senior Professional - IMS, Audits & Sustainability to strengthen the Integrated Management System and drive continual improvement across the organization.

The role requires extensive manufacturing experience with hands-on IMS, QMS and audits, and the ability to lead internal and external audits, drive CAPA and ensure compliance with ISO standards. ESG initiatives and carbon accounting are also part of the scope.

Qualifications

• Experience in IMS/QMS implementation and ongoing audits.
• Ability to lead internal audits and coordinate external audits.
• Strong RCA and CAPA capabilities.
• Knowledge of ESG, GRI, and carbon accounting.
• Hands-on understanding of manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own and continually improve the Integrated Management System (IMS) and drive continual improvement.
• Lead internal audits and coordinate external audits from start to closure.
• Drive QMS effectiveness, risk-based thinking and document control.
• Develop and run annual audit programmes across manufacturing and support functions.
• Support ESG & sustainability initiatives including energy, carbon, water and waste.
• Maintain audit trackers and ensure timely closure of actions.
• Analyze audit findings and identify systemic gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare IMS performance metrics and management review inputs.
• Provide IMS/QMS awareness and internal auditor training.

Qualification: BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Engineering or relevant technical discipline

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Senior Professional - IMS, Audits & Sustainability to strengthen our Integrated Management System and drive continual improvement across the organization.

• Own and continually improve the Integrated Management System (IMS) covering ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001
• Drive QMS effectiveness, process compliance, risk-based thinking, document control, change management and continual improvement
• Develop and lead annual internal audit programmes and conduct process-based audits across manufacturing and support functions
• Coordinate certification, surveillance, customer and external audits from preparation through closure
• Drive audit findings through RCA, CAPA, evidence submission, effectiveness verification and formal closure
• Maintain audit/CAPA trackers and ensure timely closure of open and overdue actions
• Analyze audit findings, recurrence and trends to identify systemic gaps and improvement opportunities
• Prepare IMS performance, audit status, CAPA ageing, key risks and Management Review inputs for senior management
• Conduct IMS/QMS awareness and internal auditor training for employees and process owners
• Support and drive ESG & sustainability initiatives covering energy, carbon emissions, water, waste and resource efficiency

What We’re Looking For

• 10-15 years of manufacturing experience with strong hands-on exposure to IMS, QMS & Audits
• Strong practical knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001
• Proven experience in conducting internal audits and managing external/customer/certification audits through closure
• Strong expertise in RCA, CAPA, NCR management and effectiveness verification
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Hands-on approach with the ability to identify systemic gaps and drive corrective actions
• Knowledge of ESG, GRI, BRSR, GHG Protocol & Carbon Accounting
• Exposure to ISO 50001 and multi-site manufacturing operations
