Job summary

Renew is seeking an IMS Coordinator to manage and update all IMS documentation and procedures in line with ISO 9001:2015/2026, ISO 14001:2015/2026, and ISO 45001:2018. The role ensures strict document control, traceability, and records management across the organization.

The incumbent will support audits, maintain non-conformities, and drive corrective actions with process owners to close gaps and sustain continual improvement.

Qualifications

• Graduation in Engineering or Science.
• Experience with IMS documentation and audit coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update IMS procedures, SOPs, formats, registers, records, and Master Document List as per ISO 9001:2015/2026, ISO 14001:2015/2026 and ISO 45001:2018.
• Ensure proper document control, revision status, filing, retrieval, and record traceability.
• Support preparation and coordination of internal, external, certification, and surveillance audits.
• Maintain audit findings, NC, observation, corrective-action, and improvement trackers.
• Proactively follow up and coordinate with process owners for pending actions and escalation of overdue items to the IMS Coordinator.
