Job summary

Renew seeks an IMS Coordinator to manage documentation and assurance activities within the ISO framework. You will maintain procedures, audits, and controls across QMS, EMS, and OHSAS streams.

The role requires Certified IMS Internal Auditor expertise and hands-on RCA/Risk Management skills to drive continual improvement in a manufacturing environment in Haryana, India.

Qualifications

• Certified IMS Internal Auditor required.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001/14001/45001 standards.
• Experience with RCA, 8D problem solving and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update IMS procedures, SOPs, formats, registers, records, and Master Document List as per ISO standards.
• Ensure document control, revision status, filing, retrieval, and traceability.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, and surveillance audits.
• Maintain audit findings, non-conformities, observations, corrective actions, and improvement trackers.
• Coordinate with process owners for pending actions and escalations.

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

1. Maintain and update IMS procedures, SOPs, formats, registers, records, and Master Document List as per international standards ISO 9001:2015/2026, ISO 14001:2015/2026 and ISO 45001:2018
2. Ensure proper document control, revision status, filing, retrieval, and record traceability.
3. Support preparation and coordination of internal, external, certification, and surveillance audits.
4. Maintain audit findings, NC, observation, corrective-action, and improvement trackers.
5. Proactively follow up and coordinate with process owners for pending actions and escalat
