Job summary

Recruit CRM is seeking an IMS Coordinator to establish, maintain and continually improve the Integrated Management System across a precision manufacturing organization. The role covers quality, environment, health and safety, energy, information security, ethics and social responsibility, and works with all departments and certification bodies.

You will plan internal audits, lead nonconformity closure using 8D and RCA, drive CSRs integration, monitor KPIs, and prepare for customer audits.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech or Master's in Quality/Productivity Management.
• 3–5 years IMS/QMS experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Hands-on experience facing ISO/IATF certification and customer audits.
• Strong skills in root cause analysis, documentation and report preparation.
• Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Implement, maintain and improve the IMS covering ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, ISO 27001, ISO 37001, AS 9100 and SEDEX.
• Plan and conduct monthly department-wise internal audits and ensure findings are closed on time.
• Act as the point of contact for certification bodies and customers on all IMS matters.
• Prepare and facilitate Management Review Meetings with data on quality, EHS, energy, information security, ethics, risks and improvement actions.
• Monitor KPIs and report performance to management.
• Lead investigation and closure of nonconformities using 8D and RCA; verify effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Integrate Customer Specific Requirements (CSRs) into the IMS and prepare for customer audits based on self-assessment reports.
• Oversee IATF requirements such as risk-based thinking, contingency planning and control of rework.
• Drive actions on customer feedback, complaints and satisfaction metrics.
• Manage the EcoVadis platform and fulfil its requirements.
• Ensure supplier compliance with IATF requirements and support supplier development.
• Manage product safety and regulatory compliance, including documentation and escalation.
• Plan and deliver EHS training and promote awareness of company policies.
• Control IMS documentation and identify improvement opportunities through data analysis.
