Job summary

International Institute of Entrepreneurship is seeking an experienced IMS Consultant specializing in ISO 9001 QMS, ISO 14001 EMS, ISO 45001 OHSMS, and ISO 50001 EnMS. The role covers consultancy, implementation, auditing, training, documentation, and certification support across industries.

The candidate will handle IMS documentation, internal audits, and compliance, with frequent short-notice travel for audits, projects, and training in India and abroad.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering OR Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Chemical Engineering OR M.Sc. or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience as: Management Representative; IMS Consultant; ISO Auditor; Certification Body Professional; ISO Implementation Executive.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain Integrated Management Systems (IMS).
• Conduct ISO consultancy, gap analysis, and documentation support.
• Perform internal audits and compliance assessments.
• Deliver ISO awareness and training programs.
• Prepare SOPs, manuals, procedures, formats, and audit reports.
• Support organizations during certification and surveillance audits.
• Coordinate with certification bodies and client management teams.
• Conduct risk assessment and continual improvement activities.
• Handle QMS, EMS, OHSMS, and EnMS implementation projects.
• Support Six Sigma, 5S, TQM, NABL, and operational excellence initiatives.
