ECL Finance Limited is seeking a QA Lead to own end-to-end testing for digital lending and enterprise applications in Mumbai. The role emphasizes test planning, execution management, defect governance, and release readiness, while coordinating with multiple teams.

You will mentor junior QA members, drive best practices, and ensure robust testing across web and mobile platforms within a BFSI context. Strong communication and Agile experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of QA experience in a similar role.
• Strong experience in functional testing, SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with SDLC/STLC and Agile environments.
• Experience in BFSI/NBFC Mortgage domain preferred.

Responsabilités

• Track defects, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely closure.

• Support UAT, release sign-offs, and production readiness activities.
• Mentor and guide QA team members and enforce testing best practices.
