Job summary
QualityKiosk Technologies in Mumbai is seeking an experienced Test Manager – Lending (LAP) to lead QA across LOS and LMS platforms, drive end-to-end test strategy, and establish automation-first quality practices for banking products.
The ideal candidate will have 12+ years in QA/test management, hands-on experience with FinOne, FinnAxia, Nucleus, Pennant, Lentra, and a deep understanding of RBI guidelines, NACH, and e-Mandate processing.

Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage QA teams comprising Senior and Junior Test Engineers.
- Plan team capacity and resource allocation across sprint, release, and project commitments.
- Own end-to-end test delivery for Agile sprints and release cycles.
- Identify, manage, and elevate project risks, dependencies, and quality concerns proactively.
- Define and implement enterprise-level automation strategies across UI, API, and Database testing.
- Embed automated testing within CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous quality assurance.
- Drive defect triage meetings with Product, Development, Business, and Delivery stakeholders.
- Lead root cause analysis and preventive quality improvement initiatives.
- Act as the primary quality gatekeeper for production deployments and release readiness reviews.
- Own Go/No-Go decisions and post-production validation activities.
- Establish and publish QA metrics including Defect Leakage, Test Coverage, Defect Density, Automation Coverage, and Release Quality Index.
- Define QA governance standards, audit controls, and documentation practices for RBI-regulated lending workflows.
- Ensure adherence to quality processes across LOS, LMS, NACH, e-Mandate, and Digital Lending journeys.

We are looking for an experienced Test Manager Lending to lead quality assurance initiatives for our Loan Against Property (LAP) product portfolio across Loan Origination System (LOS) and Loan Management System (LMS) platforms. The role involves driving end-to-end test strategy, establishing automation-first quality practices, leading QA teams, and acting as the final quality gatekeeper for production releases.
The ideal candidate should bring strong expertise in Indian lending products, test management, automation strategy, release governance, and regulatory compliance, with exposure to platforms such as FinOne, FinnAxia, Nucleus, Pennant, Lentra, or similar LOS/LMS solutions.
