Job summary

Photon is seeking a seasoned QA Lead to drive manual and automated testing across web and mobile environments. You will lead the QA team, define strategies, and ensure QA is integrated into CI/CD with cross-functional collaboration.

Hands-on with LoadRunner/JMeter and security testing will be required to identify vulnerabilities and ensure quality. You will mentor junior engineers, manage test plans, and report quality KPIs while aligning tests with business requirements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in both manual and automated testing for web and mobile environments.
• Strong automation skills with Selenium, TestNG, and API testing (Postman).
• Experience with performance testing tools such as LoadRunner or JMeter.
• Knowledge of security testing principles and OWASP Top 10.

The ideal candidate will also have hands‑on experience in performance testing using tools like LoadRunner or JMeter, as well as security testing practices. As a QA Lead, you will lead the QA team, define test strategies, and work cross‑functionally to identify and resolve issues early in the development cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the QA team across manual, automation, and non‑functional testing

Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks and test scripts

Coordinate and execute manual testing for functional, regression, and exploratory test cases

Plan and perform performance testing using LoadRunner, JMeter, or equivalent tools

Oversee or execute security testing to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance

Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps to integrate QA into CI/CD pipelines

Ensure test coverage, traceability, and alignment with business requirements

Track and report testing progress, defect metrics, and quality KPIs

Required Qualifications:
