Qualifications

• 10+ years of QA leadership in banking domain.
• Must have FIS Core Banking experience.
• Strong Retail & Commercial Banking domain knowledge with API & DB testing.
• Proficient in test planning, defect management, and release validation.
• Hands-on with Postman and Jira/Azure DevOps; exposure to test automation, CI/CD, and Agile/Scrum.
• Experience leading QA teams and coordinating with onshore/offshore stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA efforts across Retail and Commercial Banking products.
• Plan and execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end tests.
• Manage defects and validate releases.
• Contribute to test automation and CI/CD pipelines.
