Job summary

Qualifications

• Consultant-level advice on testing best practices.
• ISTQB FL certification or equivalent.
• 3+ years QA in Agile with relevant certification.
• 3+ years manual testing design for Web apps and REST APIs.
• Python scripting for test automation.
• Experience with Cypress/Playwright/Selenium WebDriver.
• API testing: Postman, Pytest, REST Assured.
• CI/CD tools: GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI.
• Cloud environments: GCP, AWS, Azure.
• QTest/Tricentis tools usage.
• Ability to triage bugs from logs.
• Knowledge of modern web architectures (React/Angular/Vue).
• Strong debugging, documentation, and communication skills.

Job Description

• Hand on experience as a consultant working independently to advise teams on how to adopt testing best practice
• Knowledge of ISTQB FL
• 3+ years experience working as a QA engineer within an agile Software Development team for at least three years; with relevant industry certification
• 3+ years of experience in designing manual testing for Web application and REST API associated with 3rd parties
• Proficiency in Python for scripting and test automation
• Hands-on experience with front-end testing frameworks such as Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium WebDriver
• Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman, Pytest, or REST Assured
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI)
• Experience working with Cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Azure, etc)
• Experience working with QTest/Tricentis tools
• Ability to identify exceptions in application logs and perform an initial triage for managing bugs and tests
• Understanding of modern web architecture and JavaScript frameworks (React/Angular/Vue)
• Excellent debugging, documentation, and communication skills
