Job summary

Jobs Territory in Hyderabad is seeking a Purchase Executive to support day-to-day purchasing activities, vendor coordination, quotations, order follow-ups, and purchase documentation. You will coordinate with Production, Stores, Maintenance, PPC, and Accounts to ensure timely availability of materials and maintain records.

The role requires Graduation, good communication in English, Hindi and Telugu, strong MS Excel skills, and a proactive approach in a manufacturing, flexible packaging,

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with vendors for material requirements and timely deliveries.
• Obtain quotations and prepare basic price comparisons.
• Follow up on pending purchase orders, prices, material availability, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain purchase records, vendor details, quotations, POs, and delivery information.
• Coordinate with Production, Stores, Maintenance, PPC, Accounts, and other departments.
• Coordinate with Stores regarding material receipt, shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
• Identify and communicate material delays or shortages to the Purchase Head.

We are looking for a Purchase Executive to support day-to-day purchasing activities, vendor coordination, quotations, order follow-ups, and purchase documentation. The candidate will coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely availability of required materials.

Role & responsibilities

• Coordinate with vendors for material requirements and timely deliveries.
