You will monitor stock, audit inventory, prices and displays across stores, and ensure compliance with purchasing policies. This on-site role requires strong communication and data analysis skills.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore for a Purchase Executive and FMCG Auditor. The role involves managing end-to-end purchasing activities, including raising and tracking purchase requisitions, preparing and processing purchase orders, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of FMCG products. The individual will monitor stock levels, assess product performance across stores, and audit FMCG inventory, pricing, and display standards to maintain consistency and compliance. Day-to-day responsibilities include vendor communication, negotiation, and documentation, along with regular visits to stores to review adherence to purchasing policies and operational guidelines.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions for effective transaction processing.
• Candidates should possess solid Purchase Management and Procurement skills for end-to-end sourcing and vendor coordination.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to collaborate with suppliers, store teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Experience in FMCG purchasing, inventory auditing, and store-level operations is beneficial.
• Ability to analyze data, identify discrepancies, and implement process improvements in purchasing and stock management.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets or ERP tools for tracking orders, inventory, and vendor performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
