• Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of procurement processes and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement of raw materials, consumables, and engineering items.
• Identify and negotiate with vendors for cost-effective purchasing.
• Prepare, issue, and track purchase orders, also ensure timely material availability.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent material shortages.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data for auditing and reporting purposes.
• Coordinate with Project, Stores, and Accounts for smooth procurement processes.
• Maintain vendor relationships and evaluate supplier performance.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company purchase policies.

Preferred Candidate:

• Graduation in any stream, MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Supply Chain Management / Material Management will be a significant advantage.
• 3-5 years of purchase experience in Engineering Goods, MS Material, Electrical Goods and Consumables Material.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of procurement processes and ERP systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent material requests for fast-paced project sites.
