Stag Elevators is seeking a procurement specialist to source materials, obtain quotations, and manage vendor relationships. You will prepare POs, track orders, and coordinate with stores, projects, and accounts teams to ensure timely delivery of quality materials.

The role requires strong negotiation, MS Excel skills, and experience with ERP/purchase software, along with basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical materials.

Competenze

• Graduate or diploma in mechanical/electrical or related field.
• 25 years of experience in purchase/procurement, preferably in elevator, construction, MEP, or manufacturing industry.
• Strong vendor management and procurement process experience.

Mansioni

• Source materials and identify suitable vendors.
• Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate with vendors.
• Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and follow up on deliveries.
• Coordinate with stores, projects, and accounts teams.
• Maintain purchase records, vendor database, and pending-order status.
• Ensure timely procurement of quality materials at competitive prices.
• Handle purchase-related documentation and ERP updates.
• Coordinate for replacement or correction of rejected/incorrect materials.
• Follow up on delayed supplies and resolve basic vendor-related issues.
• Follow up with vendors for order confirmation, material readiness, dispatch, and delivery.
