Job Description

1. Interact with the internal staff on a day to day basis for procurement analysis.
2. Analyse the Product and accessories and Review quality of purchased products.
3. Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage.
4. Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
5. Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
6. Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.
7. Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
8. Review deliveries against the orders.
9. Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases.
10. Research potential vendors.
11. Understanding of supply chain procedures.
12. Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses.
13. Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors).
14. Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
15. Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.
16. Proven work experience as a Purchasing Officer, Purchasing Agent or similar role.
17. Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
18. Do Vendor registration in and out.
19. Developing and learning new products.
20. Initiating and managing product development for our refurbishment projects.
21. Understanding the technicalities of mechanical and electrical parts to assist in manufacturing.
