Job summary

GVMISTRY PRIVATE LIMITED in Mumbai Suburban is seeking a procurement professional to source construction materials, negotiate with vendors and manage purchase orders. The role involves coordinating with site teams, validating invoices and maintaining vendor records.

The ideal candidate holds a graduate degree with 4–8 years of experience in procurement, strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, pivot tables) and good communication abilities. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 4–8 years of experience in purchase/procurement, preferably in construction or interior industry.
• Knowledge of construction materials, vendor management and price negotiation.
• Experience in preparing purchase orders, comparative statements, and GST invoices.
• Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and purchase documentation.
