Job summary

Brigade Group in Bengaluru seeks a Sales (Rental & Resale) Executive/Sr. Executive to be the primary contact for homeowners, tenants and buyers, handling rental and resale needs across Brigade projects.

• Willingness to travel locally for property visits and meetings

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers (homeowners, tenants, buyers) for rental and resale needs within Brigade projects

• Conduct property visits with prospective tenants and buyers, and present listings professionally
• Coordinate and facilitate negotiations between owners and prospects to close deals

Requirements:
