Maxus Builders, a Jaipur-based real estate development firm, seeks a dependable Property Manager to run our boutique property in Bhanpur, Jaipur. Living on-site is required; food and accommodation are provided to ensure a smooth, welcoming guest experience.

You will oversee daily operations, guest check-ins, bookings, housekeeping, staff supervision, and vendor coordination while maintaining heritage aesthetics and reporting expenses.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in hotel, resort, homestay, guest house or property management.
• Graduate preferred; a hotel management diploma is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and working English.
• Comfortable with basic computer use, WhatsApp and booking platforms.
• Strong ownership mindset, discipline and people skills.
• Willingness to stay onsite and be available for guest needs.
• Basic record-keeping and accounting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the boutique property, including housekeeping, maintenance, upkeep and supplies.
• Welcome and look after guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, and ensure a high standard of hospitality.
• Manage bookings and reservations, maintain occupancy records, and coordinate with the head office.
• Handle guest queries, requests and feedback promptly and resolve complaints professionally.
• Supervise on-site staff (housekeeping, caretakers, kitchen and support staff) and coordinate their duties.
• Maintain the property's cleanliness, safety and heritage aesthetic.
• Track expenses, inventory and vendor payments and submit regular reports.
• Coordinate with local vendors and service providers for repairs and supplies.
• Ensure security and safety protocols are followed and report issues to management.

Maxus Builders is a Jaipur-based real estate development firm specializing in boutique hotels and heritage properties (kothis) across Rajasthan. We are looking for a dependable, experienced Property Manager to run our boutique property at Bhanpur day to day and give every guest a smooth, welcoming stay. Food and on-site accommodation will be provided, and the role requires living at or near the property.
