• Guide and manage on-site staff (housekeeping, gardening, kitchen support) to ensure high operational standards.

Geeta Bagh is a boutique luxury farm stay nestled in Pushkar, offering guests a peaceful, Satvik retreat experience. We are seeking a dedicated, trustworthy, and guest-oriented Farm Stay Manager & Guest Experience Lead to manage day-to-day estate operations, lead guest interactions, and preserve the high standards of our property. This is a hands-on, live-in position ideal for someone who takes pride in warm hospitality and meticulous property upkeep.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Hosting & Experience: Act as the primary warm host for check-ins, check-outs, guest inquiries, and personalized stay arrangements to deliver memorable experiences.
• Property Maintenance: Supervise routine maintenance, upkeep, landscaping care, and general cleanliness of the estate to ensure everything remains in pristine condition.
• Daily Operations Management: Oversee housekeeping, coordinate guest meal services, manage inventory, and maintain smooth property workflows.
• Staff Coordination: Guide and manage on-site staff (housekeeping, gardening, kitchen support) to ensure high operational standards.
• Security & Vigilance: Maintain peace, order, and adherence to house guidelines across the premises.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: 2 to 5 years in resort operations, boutique stay management, or hospitality hosting.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, problem-solving mindset, guest empathy, and organizational discipline.
• Satvik Policy (Strict Mandate): As Geeta Bagh is a pure Satvik property, zero alcohol consumption, smoking, or substance use is permitted on the premises (including staff accommodation). Candidates must respect and uphold a quiet, peaceful environment.
