Job summary

Maxus Builders, a Jaipur-based real estate development firm, seeks a creative Social Media Manager to run Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook, building a distinctive voice around heritage and boutique hospitality.

You will plan monthly calendars, manage posting, write captions, engage with audiences, and coordinate with design teams for campaigns and shoots from Jaipur.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience managing social media for a brand or agency; real estate, hospitality or travel experience is a plus
• Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, BBA or a related field
• Strong written English and Hindi; good copywriting skills
• Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Pages and scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite or similar)
• Basic familiarity with Canva or similar tools; video-editing basics (CapCut, InShot) preferred
• Understanding of analytics and insights tools
• Good organizational skills and ability to work to deadlines
• Good to have: portfolio of pages managed, interest in heritage/architecture/travel content

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute monthly content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook

• Write captions, copy and hashtags for property showcases, project updates, launches and events
• Manage community engagement: respond to comments, DMs and queries promptly and professionally
• Coordinate with the design and marketing teams on creatives, shoots and campaign rollouts
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, leads) and prepare regular reports
• Optimize content strategy based on analytics and platform trends
• Keep track of competitor and industry trends in real estate and hospitality
• Coordinate with property teams for photo and video content during site visits and launches

We are looking for a creative, data-aware Social Media Manager to run our presence on Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook and build a distinctive brand voice around heritage and boutique hospitality.
