Qualifications

• Graduate with Hotel Management or related management qualification.

Responsibilities

• Project management duties and coordination with 3rd party teams.
• Building maintenance and administration responsibilities.
• Operations & maintenance of utility equipment.
• Overseeing distribution system and handling client grievances with timely resolution.
• Society committee formation and handover of common areas to the society facility management team.
• Taking over assets and systems and monitoring structural issues with project team.
• Crisis management during monsoon as part of the task force.
• Monitoring possessions and initiating budget approvals through the portal.
