Job summary

Namrata Group is seeking a capable Facility & Maintenance Manager to oversee our building maintenance and facility operations across residential facilities in Talegaon Dabhade, Maharashtra. You will drive preventive maintenance, supervise housekeeping, security, and vendor management, and ensure seamless service delivery.

The role requires strong coordination with multiple departments, excellent communication, and proficiency in MS Office/Excel for maintenance reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of building maintenance and facility management.
• Experience with civil maintenance, plumbing, carpentry, painting, tiling, leakage and seepage-related works.
• Vendor and manpower management experience.
• Strong customer handling and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and external agencies.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
• Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel and maintenance reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple residential facilities and maintenance activities independently.
