Job summary

Taneja Developers & Infrastructure is seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to lead operations in Mohali, Punjab. You will oversee electrical and HVAC systems, utilities, safety audits, and vendor contracts, driving cost optimization and asset integrity.

The role requires a Real Estate background and hands-on experience in large-scale facility management. You will coordinate with multiple teams to ensure compliance and efficient operations on-site.

• Experience in facility operations and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility operations and maintenance for electrical and HVAC systems.
• Manage utilities including power, DG, water, and STP.
• Ensure fire and life safety systems are operational and compliant.
• Plan preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage AMC contracts.
• Administer contracts and monitor performance.
• Ensure statutory compliance and safety audits are conducted.
• Monitor energy use and implement cost optimization measures.
• Oversee housekeeping and security management.
• Develop budget planning and cost control processes.
• Manage infrastructure asset lifecycle and MEP coordination.
