Job summary

Goel Ganga Group in Pune is seeking a proactive Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of residential projects and common areas. You will ensure upkeep of lobbies, clubhouses, parking, gardens, lifts, and other facilities, and coordinate maintenance with technical teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience in facility & property management.
• Co-ordination of MEP and technical maintenance activities.
• Ability to manage housekeeping and security operations.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Proficient in MIS and reporting.
• Proficient with MS Office/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day operations of residential projects and common areas.
• Ensure proper functioning and upkeep of lobbies, clubhouses, parking areas, gardens, lifts, amenities, and other common facilities.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify maintenance requirements.
• Monitor housekeeping, security, pest control, landscaping, and other facility services.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, DG sets, pumps, STP/WTP, fire-fighting systems, lifts, and other MEP equipment.
• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely closure of breakdowns.
• Coordinate with technical teams and external agencies for repairs and maintenance.
• Monitor utility consumption such as electricity, diesel, water, and other resources.
• Coordinate with facility management vendors and service contractors.
• Supervise housekeeping standards across common areas.
• Ensure proper deployment and performance of security personnel.
• Monitor access control, visitor management, CCTV, security systems, and incident reporting.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, waste management, and pest-control standards
