Job summary

PRL Developers is seeking a Property Manager in Mumbai to oversee facilities and a diverse range of responsibilities from handovers to vendor management. The role includes ensuring safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency across residential and commercial properties, with a strong focus on CSAT and post-possession support.

You will lead third-party FM teams, handle snagging and regulatory documentation, and manage clubhouse activities and procurement to ensure smooth resident experience

• Oversee facility and property management for residential and commercial sites, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and efficiency.
• Manage customer experience including post-possession support, complaint resolution, and CSAT tracking.
• Coordinate vendors and contractors; manage AMC contracts and payment follow-ups.
• Conduct snagging and desnagging, prepare BOQs, ensure timely issue resolution.
• Manage statutory compliance documentation for society formation, NOC, and regulatory approvals.
• Lead a team of third-party FM staff; conduct training and performance reviews.
• Oversee clubhouse and amenities bookings, access control, and resident engagement activities.
• Manage inventory and procurement for handover kits, clubhouse cards, RFID tags, and supplies.

1. Handling customer handovers, including CSAT surveys, fit outs,

and post-possession support.

2. Facility & Property Management: Oversight of residential and commercial facilities, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency

3. Customer Experience Management: Handling post-possession support, complaint resolution, and CSAT tracking

4. Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Managing service providers, AMC

contracts, and payment follow-ups

5. Snagging & Desnagging: Conducting inspections, preparing BOQs, and ensuring timely issue resolution

6. Statutory Compliance: Managing documentation for society formation, NOCs, and regulatory approvals

7. Team Leadership: Supervising third-party FM teams, conducting training, and driving performance reviews

8. Clubhouse & Amenities Management: Overseeing bookings, access
