Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Commercial / IT Park / Large Asset Management.
• Proven experience with P&L ownership and financial performance of the asset.
• Experience managing hard & soft services, facilities and vendor partners.
• Client and occupier relationship management.
• Leading large on-site teams and driving compliance, safety & sustainability.
• Strategic planning to enhance asset value and occupant experience.
• Proven experience as a Property Head / Deputy Property Head.
• Strong exposure to P&L management and client interfacing.
• Experience with global occupiers and premium assets preferred.
