Job summary

Indigrators is seeking an experienced Finance Head (DGM/GM) to lead the finance function for a leading real estate organization in Chennai. The role covers governance, budgeting, MIS, treasury, and strategic business partnering to support growth.

The candidate will manage Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Treasury, and Compliance; drive budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and ERP-driven improvements while mentoring the finance team. This is a full-time, office-based role with a 6-day work week.

Qualifications

• CA with post-qualification experience of 10–15 years.
• Experience in finance, accounts, taxation, treasury, and compliance.
• Strong leadership, decision-making and stakeholder management skills.

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Work Timings: Mon-Fri: 09:30 AM - 06:00 PM; Sat: 09:30 AM - 04:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Must-Have Skills

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience in real estate or infrastructure industry.
