Amor Management Consultants - India’s Premiere Auto Talent Hiring Specialists is seeking a senior leader to head Corporate Real Estate and Facility Management across India. The role requires steering hard and soft services, safety, and workplace experience while aligning with regional and global strategies.

You will manage a multi-site portfolio, lead a team, develop annual operating budgets (CAPEX/OPEX) and drive efficiency, sustainability, and continuous improvement across the real estate

Lead the Corporate Real Estate and Facility Management function across India

Develop and implement consistent facility management and maintenance standards across the India portfolio, overseeing the effective delivery of hard and soft services to ensure safe, reliable, efficient and high-quality workplace operations.

Drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, compliance and continuous improvement across facilities while ensuring alignment with regional and global real estate and workplace strategies.

• Lead the Corporate Real Estate and Facility Management function across India, ensuring alignment with regional and global business objectives.
• Oversee all facility management operations across offices, manufacturing/industrial sites and other corporate facilities, with accountability for service continuity, operational excellence, safety and workplace experience.
• Manage the overall real estate portfolio, including property strategy, transactions, lease management, space utilization, asset management and portfolio optimization.
• Lead facility operations, preventive and breakdown maintenance, utilities, infrastructure, security, housekeeping, workplace services and other critical support functions.
• Develop and manage annual operating budgets, CAPEX and OPEX, driving cost optimization, resource efficiency and value creation across the portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory, regulatory, EHS, environmental and corporate requirements, maintaining a strong audit-ready and risk-controlled environment.
• Lead real estate and facility-related projects, including new site development, expansion, relocation, refurbishment, workplace transformation and infrastructure upgrades.
• Manage and develop relationships with FM service providers, contractors, consultants, landlords, architects, engineers and other strategic partners, ensuring service quality and contractual performance.
• Establish appropriate SLA, KPI and governance mechanisms to monitor facility performance, vendor effectiveness, costs, compliance and service delivery.
• Partner closely with Global and Regional Real Estate, HR, Finance, Operations, EHS, Procurement, IT and business leadership to align workplace and facility strategies with evolving business requirements.
• Drive energy efficiency, sustainability, workplace optimization and digital/technology-enabled facility management initiatives.
• Provide regular portfolio performance reviews, financial analysis, risk assessments and strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, automation and cost efficiencies across the India real estate and facilities portfolio.
• Build and lead a high-performing real estate and facilities team, establishing clear accountability, governance and capability development.

Candidate Profile

• 20+ years of progressive experience in Corporate Real Estate / Facility Management / Workplace Management, with significant leadership exposure.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in a multinational corporate environment preferred.
• Strong experience managing large, multi-site facilities and complex FM operations.
• Experience in manufacturing / industrial environments will be highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of real estate transactions, portfolio management, projects, property/asset management and financial governance.
• Proven experience in vendor management, CAPEX/OPEX management, compliance, risk management and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work effectively with global and regional teams in a matrix organization.
