Responsibilities

• Define service quality standards for Workplace Facilities, ground transportation, and Events Management.
• Develop and manage portfolio management plans, including HSEQ and Business Continuity.
• Manage budgeting, cyclic reporting, procedures, and risk, assurance, and quality maintenance.
• Direct internal stakeholder relationships across India leadership, cross-functional teams, service providers, and visitors.
• Oversee external vendor and partner management, including building management, service vendors, local government agencies, industry bodies, and JV partners.
