Job summary

IntraEdge, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior PMO Analyst / PMO Lead with 7+ years in PMO governance, program tracking, executive reporting, financial management, risk management, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination.

The candidate will drive PMO governance across strategic programs, provide leadership with accurate insights, track financials and resources, and ensure timely execution of deliverables.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in PMO, Program Management, Portfolio Management, or Project Management.
• Strong experience in PMO Governance and Program Management.
• Proven experience managing program plans, dashboards, RAID logs, milestone trackers, and action trackers.
• Strong experience in executive/leadership reporting and operational review preparation.
• Excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint skills, including data analysis and presentation of management dashboards.
• Experience with budget management, financial tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Strong experience in risk, issue, dependency, and escalation management.
• Cross-functional stakeholder management and ability to manage multiple programs/workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Drive PMO governance across strategic programs, ensuring execution, tracking, reporting, and adherence to standards.
• Maintain program plans, dashboards, RAID logs, milestone trackers, action trackers, and status reports.
• Track milestones, timelines, dependencies, and overall program health.
• Coordinate governance meetings, operational reviews, and program status discussions.
• Provide senior leadership with accurate program insights and actionable recommendations.
• Develop executive-level operating review decks, dashboards, and status reports.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, actuals, and financial tracking; manage resource allocation.
• Identify and escalate risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints; drive mitigation actions.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and support portfolio planning and capacity planning.

The candidate will be responsible for driving PMO governance across strategic programs, providing leadership with accurate and actionable program insights, tracking financials and resources, and ensuring timely execution of key deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

PMO Governance & Program Tracking

• Drive PMO governance across strategic programs, ensuring consistent execution, tracking, reporting, and adherence to governance standards.
• Maintain and manage program plans, dashboards, RAID logs, milestone trackers, action trackers, and status reports.
• Track program milestones, deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and overall program health.
• Coordinate governance meetings, operational reviews, and program status discussions.
• Ensure timely follow-up and closure of key actions and commitments.

Leadership Reporting & Data Analysis

• Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze program data for senior leadership reporting and decision-making.
• Develop executive-level operational review decks, dashboards, and status reports.
• Highlight program progress, key milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and actions.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on program performance data.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly program/portfolio reporting.
• Partner with Portfolio and Finance teams to manage program budgets, forecasts, actuals, and financial tracking.
• Monitor budget utilization and identify financial variances and risks.
• Support forecasting and financial planning activities.
• Track resource allocation, capacity, and utilization across programs.
• Provide financial and resource updates for leadership reviews.

Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate with program managers, business teams, technology teams, finance, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Track deliverables and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Facilitate resolution of cross-functional dependencies and execution blockers.
• Drive accountability and timely closure of action items.
• Ensure effective communication across stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Proactively identify and track program risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints.
• Maintain accurate RAID logs with owners, mitigation plans, and target dates.
• Facilitate risk and issue mitigation discussions.
• Escalate critical risks and issues to appropriate leadership.
• Monitor mitigation actions through to closure.
• Support portfolio planning, prioritization, resource tracking, and capacity planning.
• Assist in evaluating program priorities and resource requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve PMO governance, reporting, and operational processes.
• Standardize PMO templates, dashboards, reporting, and governance practices.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program visibility and execution.

Must-Have Skills

Candidates must have strong hands-on experience in the following areas:

• 7+ years of experience in PMO, Program Management, Portfolio Management, or Project Management.
• Strong experience in PMO Governance and Program Management.

• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple programs/workstreams and work effectively with senior leadership.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Power BI or other reporting/data visualization tools.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, or similar PMO tools.
• Exposure to Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Experience working on large-scale enterprise transformation or technology programs.
• Experience with portfolio/resource capacity planning.
• PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-PMOCP, or equivalent certification.
