Job summary

Sago is seeking a data collection project manager to oversee end-to-end online projects for multiple accounts. You will liaise with clients, internal teams, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality data.

Responsibilities include reviewing project specs, designing field strategies, monitoring progress, and resolving issues quickly while maintaining budget and timelines. Experience in market research and DIY survey tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
• 2-4 years of experience in market research.
• Experience with research design, reporting, data analysis, international data collection.

Job description

End to end responsibility to efficiently manage online data collection projects for multiple accounts and maintaining/growing positive relationship with internal teams, clients, and vendors.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute flawlessly multiple research projects independently at distinct phases from sale to delivery
• Be the point of contact for clients, internal teams, and vendors
• Review project specs and research design for fielding and data collection
• Continuously monitor project elements, anticipate/identify potential problems, and manage to resolution.
• Manage external vendors and partners to meet project timeline and budget qualifications
• Communicate with clients and internal teams throughout the project cycle to provide project update, recommendations, and liaise with senior staff on any issues
• Work within Sago systems effectively throughout life cycle of project
• Work collaboratively with clients to provide timely updates on progress of project.
• Deploy sample, coordinate with vendors, and monitor throughout field to ensure field completion of required quotas on schedule, including reprovals, quota reports, field reports…etc.
• Respond quickly to unanticipated or urgent issues and manage to resolve them; escalating as appropriate.
• Collaboration and supporting internal and external teams in coding, analysis, reporting.
• Validation and preparing of data deliveries
• Meet client’s timeline expectations and highest quality of data deliverables in the most efficient way maintaining margin for projects
• Build and maintain successful client relationships.
• Work in accordance with the SOP's of company.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

Experience:

• Must have 2-4 years of experience working in a market research environment or combined Sample only PM experience.
• Experience with research design, reporting, data analysis, international data collection, multi- mode methodology, is a plus.

Computer Skills:

Experience in DIY survey tools and/or panel software usage is a plus
