Introduction

Project Manager (PM) is accountable for ensuring all projects are executed successfully with focus on quality and on timely delivery. PM is responsible for project’s operational execution from kickoff to final delivery. PM will be the single point of contact (SPOC) for Research Managers (RM) and takes complete ownership of end‑to‑end project execution.

Conduct project planning activities that accurately forecast project timelines and quality. Implement defined processes for successful execution of the project. Effective planning on resources, communication, and risk and change management. Demonstrate effective project execution and control techniques that result in successful projects. Articulate a strong working knowledge of ethics and professional responsibility. Implement effective organizational leadership and enhance skills for managing projects and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project/client specific standard documents are up to date
• Meet the prescribed quality metrics
• Proactively identify process improvements and come up with ideas and tools to improve efficiency
• Maintain up-to‑date knowledge of and compliance with internal processes and procedures
• Should be able to manage specific client accounts independently
• Represent the PM Team in the Regional Ops calls. Gather and share feedback accordingly
• Responsibilities and accountabilities will evolve as per the business requirements and individual capabilities

Your Profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills both in-person and remotely
• Adapt quickly and easily; manage multiple deadlines and multiple competing priorities in a fast‑paced, rapidly changing environment
• Problem solving ability coupled with ability to create logical solutions to resolve tricky situations
• Adept at handling multiple projects simultaneously with challenging deadlines
• Highly motivated and self‑driven personality capable of negotiating and coordinating with multiple stakeholders
• Attention to detail and ability to interpret complex information
• Proficient with MS Office
• Exceptional escalation management skills
• Formal Project Management methodology training, with significant practical use
• Experience working on online market research projects; education and depth of experience may be substituted for years of experience
• Bachelors/Master’s degree required; a degree in management with emphasis in Marketing Research preferred
